1. Data controller

VICXELCODE, S.L. (hereinafter the «Controller») is responsible for processing personal data collected through the InfinixMC ProtectionBlocks Service.

2. Data we process

The Service processes the following personal data:

Discord public ID and name (received upon OAuth login, scope identify). We don't access your email, servers or messages.
Minecraft UUID (a public identifier assigned by Mojang) and your in-game name, sent by the ProtectionBlocks mod installed on the User's Minecraft server.
Name, identifier and plan of the Minecraft server the User registers from the panel.
Payment data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We don't store card data; this is handled exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
Operational logs: IP address, user-agent and error records for security and diagnostics (retention: 30 days).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to:

Provide the Service (receive events and send DMs) — legal basis: contract performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Manage subscription and billing — legal basis: contract performance and tax legal obligation.
Keep the system secure — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Operational communications (service changes, incidents) — legal basis: contract performance.

4. Processors and transfers

To provide the Service we share data with the following providers:

Our own storage servers (panel and database) are located in Spain.

5. Retention

Account data and links: while the account is active, and up to 12 months after closure.
Billing data: 6 years (commercial obligation).
Operational logs: 30 days.

6. User rights

Under GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD, the User has the right to access, rectify and erase their data, as well as to object, restrict processing or request portability. They can exercise these by emailing contact@infinixmc.es with their Discord ID or account for identity verification.

The User can also:

Delete their servers and links from the panel at any time.
Sign out with the «Sign out» button.
File a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es) if they believe their rights have not been addressed.

7. Cookies

We use a single strictly necessary cookie called pb_session to keep your session signed in. It is encrypted, HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite Lax, and expires in 14 days. The pb_locale cookie (non-essential, only remembers the chosen language) is kept for 1 year. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

Changes to this policy will be published on this page by updating the «Last updated» date. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance when contact information is available.
