Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026-06-21

1. Provider identification

The InfinixMC ProtectionBlocks service (hereinafter the «Service») is provided by VICXELCODE, S.L., tax ID B25961590, registered at Monforte de Lemos (Lugo, Spain), with contact email contact@infinixmc.es.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service is a SaaS platform that receives protection events emitted by the ProtectionBlocks mod (installed on Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 servers) and delivers them as Discord direct messages to previously linked users.

3. Plans and pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. under their own terms. VICXELCODE does not store card data.

4. Sign-up and linking

Sign-up requires logging in with a valid Discord account. The Minecraft server owner must run /protection link in-game and then /link <code> in Discord to associate both identities.

5. Acceptable use

The User commits not to:

VICXELCODE may suspend the Service for abusive use, with prior notice when possible.

The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of the serverToken issued for their servers. Any incident derived from its leak (spurious alerts sent to their linked players, reputational damage, third-party rights claims, etc.) is the User's exclusive responsibility. VICXELCODE provides mitigation tools —immediate token rotation from the panel— and technical defences —message sanitisation in Discord to prevent phishing, blocking of mass mentions, API rate-limit—, but does not guarantee immunity from a leak.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The User can cancel the Premium subscription at any time from the customer portal at /dashboard/upgrade. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current period remains active until its natural end. No partial refunds are given for periods already billed, except where the right of withdrawal applies under Spanish Legislative RD 1/2007.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is» without availability commitments above 99 %. VICXELCODE is not responsible for indirect damages from outages, lost messages, Discord unavailability or hosting provider incidents. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User during the last 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

Mod and bot code is published under the MIT license at github.com/vicxelcode/protectionblocks. The InfinixMC and ProtectionBlocks trademarks belong to VICXELCODE, S.L.

9. Changes

VICXELCODE may modify these terms at any time by publishing the new version on this page and notifying active-subscription users by email at least 30 days in advance when the change materially affects price or service.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the consumer's home courts where applicable, or to the courts of Monforte de Lemos (Lugo), Spain, in business-to-business relations.

11. Processing of linked-player data

For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), when a player links their Discord account to a Minecraft server registered by the User, the User acts as Data Controller for that player and VICXELCODE acts as Data Processor on the User's behalf, under the terms of art. 28 GDPR. Data processed by the Processor: public Discord identifier, Minecraft UUID (public identifier assigned by Mojang), in-game player name, and selected language. Purpose: deliver to the player the protection alerts configured on their server. Duration: while the link is active (can be unlinked anytime from Discord with /unlink). Sub-processors: Discord Inc. and the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. VICXELCODE commits to processing this data solely under the instructions expressed by the User through the Service, not transferring it outside the EEA without adequate guarantees, and notifying the User without undue delay of any security breach affecting them.
